8 Snacks To Eat For Weight Loss

There is nothing wrong with snacking, just make sure it's the right choice.

1. Instant trail mix
2. Baby carrots
3. Yogurt with berries
4. An apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter
5. Edamame
6. Four whole grain crackers and light string cheese
7. An energy bar
8. Popcorn (skip all the greasy butter)
