Sustains Me

To the LORD I cry aloud,
and He answers me from His holy hill.
I lie down and sleep;
I wake again, because the LORD sustains me.

- Psalm 3:4-5

*I know that I have trouble falling asleep some nights because I lay and worry about things. It is then that I pour out my heart to God and thank Him that He is in control. I fall asleep knowing that my life is in His hands.
