First Assignment

I hope you all watched the video on the Radical Self Love Website and did your first homework assignment. It was to get a journal/notebook & a totem. In your notebook on the first page you are to write a promise or pledge to yourself. Below is my totem. My totem is a braclet I own that says "Yourself". I will keep you all updated on things that I write/draw/take pictures of etc. I hope everyone is having a great start to the new week :)
